Welcome to the Preston Holdings Loyalty Trust.

We have tried to make this a loyalty programme like you have never been seen before.

We at Preston Holdings want our investors and clients to have a greater share in our business while at the same time creating a loyal client and referral base.

Preston Holdings is a property investment company, we have branched off to help our members who need assistance with real estate matters while at the same time we are finalising new property developments in the Western Cape.

With all this moving ahead we have set up the Preston Holdings Loyalty Trust. This trust is to be used as the vehicle from which to dispense gains from the company to you.

How this works is that you will be made a beneficiary of the Preston Holdings Loyalty Trust and the trust will, on a regular basis pay out a dividend to you and the other beneficiaries. These dividends can be taken in cash or you can instruct us to re-use the dividends in one of our developments which will in turn provide you with an even greater return in the long run. You also have the option of using the funds for Holidays abroad etc.

I would like to assure you that this costs you nothing and will continue to benefit you.

What do we ask of you to be made a beneficiary of the trust?

We have an extensive client base but no matter how long and hard we market, we will NEVER, EVER have your relationships with your contacts, friends and family.

All we ask is for you to keep your eyes and ears open. You will hear of someone wanting to sell their home, to buy a home or holiday house, you may hear of a colleague wanting to invest in a new development or get into the property market.

Should you decide to refer Preston Holdings again, this will increase your allocation within the trust, thus increasing your holding within the trust.
